Design, Implement and Test of work in Ebiscreen data. Actively participate in customer complaint - Report feedback on results with analysis and recommendations to immediate supervisor - Lead, coach and develop the technical service teams to improve skills and competencies to perform their functions efficiently and effectiveness Analysis the root cause, find out the solutions and countermeasure for the problem of product’s quality to meet customer standard and requirement. Quick respond to customers who have technical questions concerning Company’s products. Provide technical support for sales activities such as product qualifications and usage, customer trials or sample requests and etc. Work closely with Sales, Production and Customer for new product development and problem solving related to Company’s products. Provide review of work of team members, provide constructive feedback, guidance and coaching to team members while maintaining positive relationships to ensure that accounting records, monthly accounting close activities, and variance analysis are properly prepared, maintained and explained in a timely manner.
Take leadership role for all Fixed Asset accounts including fixed asset reports and annual physical counts with Admin/IT department.ĝeliver for the continuous improvement projects in collaboration with Finance team including tax reporting, tax compliance and 3rd party tax services.Prepare and review tax filing for corporate functions such as Income Tax, Deferred Tax assets & liabilities to submit to Revenue Department.Ĝoordinate with government agency such Revenue Department in Tax issues.Ĝoach and train the accounting team and monitor individual performance.Review the correctness of tax report before submitting to the Revenue Department and preparing monthly tax reconciliation.Review accounting reports & accounting document (all vouchers).Manage all accounting related issues for operations.
Compliance to regulatory concern regarding employees - Policy development and documentation - Implements human resources strategies by establishing department account abilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations - Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions maintaining compensation - Lead annual performance appraisal, salary and performance bonus review cycle - Plan and executive the company’s organization chart - Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
